Mixture is prepared by mixing cement, water, stone agregates, materials that give fluidity and all the colour. With marble, granite or quartz, for an effect, mirror and special glass pieces can be used.
To produce the desired products, consistency in the granulometre is critically important.
The compressed dimensional products and/or molds that include the plates are stack up with the steel carriers. These stacks are carried to cure rooms where the products have been placed and hardened before under the 25-30 °C temperature.
The hardened dimensional products and plates are taken out from the molds and cured in natural environments for
7 days. The unloaded moulds once again go back to the production.
The cured products are transferred to the polishing line and according to the order, they have surface process of shiny or opaque (honed), the edges are processed and beveled, and lastly, it is dried and packaged as finished product.
